Vancropak After-Sales Service
At Vancropak, we stand by the quality of our products and ensure that they will not have any defects under normal usage. All of our products undergo strict quality control checks, and we offer a lifetime warranty for backpacks used under normal conditions. Should your backpack have any defects, we will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include repairs, replacement, partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the problem.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
· Zipper Issues: If the zipper becomes stuck, detaches, or fails to function correctly, this typically falls under the warranty.
· Fabric Damage: If the main material of the backpack is defective and tears or breaks, it is covered under warranty.
· Seam Problems: If the stitching splits or breaks, affecting the normal use of the backpack, this is covered by the warranty.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty: Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by user negligence or improper use, including but not limited to the following situations:
Wear and Tear: Natural aging or damage resulting from frequent use.
External Damage: Cuts, scratches, or impacts caused by external forces.
Excessive Weight: Damage caused by overloading or improper handling.
Stains or Dirt: Damage caused by stains, soaking, or dirt buildup.
Defects are rare and usually become apparent during the first few uses. If you do encounter any issues, please reach out to us as soon as you notice them, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
